General Shipping Policy
We've made our shipping and handling prices and
policy as fair as possible, so you benefit from our Low Prices plus the
convenience of delivery to your door.
For your convenience, we offer three shipping options: Standard,
Priority and Express. If you ordered two or more items, you may receive them in
multiple boxes on different days, because of varying item availability and
shipping locations.
Because Priority and Express involve air transport, some items
cannot be shipped via these options. These items are identified as oversize or
as containing hazardous or regulated materials during checkout. Some very large
or heavy items must be shipped to you via freight carrier; these items are also
identified as oversize during checkout.
We ship all in-stock merchandise by the end
of the next business day. The following
shipping times in the following chart apply to merchandise shipped within the
continental United States. You can use this chart to help determine the total
delivery time for your order.
Standard – 3 to 7 business days
Priority – 2 to 3 business days
Express – next business day
Your complete shopping satisfaction is our
number one priority. If an item you order from GulfCoastSpas.com does not meet
your expectations, simply return it to us with all original packaging. Enclose the original packing slip with the
‘Reason for Return’ form on the back filled out in full. Ship to the address indicated on the form. Upon receipt we will gladly credit the
credit card you used to make the purchase less a 20% restocking charge. All returns must be shipped within 30 days
of your receiving the merchandise.
Defective merchandise covered under warranty
will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty period and conditions. Merchandise warranted by GulfCoastSpas.com
may be returned according to the conditions of the GulfCoastSpas.com
