This Privacy Policy covers GulfCoastSpas.com’s treatment of personally identifiable information collected from customers (hereafter "customer" or "you") who use the GulfCoastSpas.com payment gateway services, as well as consumer information that we acquire in the course of our business.

GulfCoastSpas.com collects personally identifiable information when you request information or when you purchase products from the GulfCoastSpas.com store. GulfCoastSpas.com also collects personally identifiable information when you register your spa warranty information online. GulfCoastSpas.com may also receive personally identifiable information from its resellers and other business partners.

When you register with GulfCoastSpas.com, we ask for your contact information (such as your name, phone, street address and email address), as well as certain information pertaining to your spa (purchase date, serial, etc.).

Information Security

Information security is critical to our business. We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using the secure facilities of Authorize.net’s Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. We store information gathered on their secure computers located in a locked data center. The number of employees involved in the management of the data center that have physical access to these computers is limited. Firewalls and other security technology are used to prevent both our computers and those of Authorize.net from being accessed by unauthorized persons.

GulfCoastSpas.com is located in the United States. Any information that you provide to GulfCoastSpas.com will be transferred out of the EU to the United States. By providing personal information to us, you are consenting to its storage and use as described herein.
